On the eve of their 2024 induction into Cleveland’s Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, family members of the famous R&B, soul, and funk band Kool & The Gang gathered at Soberay365 to celebrate their fathers’ legacy in a joyous celebration of musical talent. We worked closely with them to craft a personal experience and celebration, complete with a VIP entrance, refreshments and custom drink menu, video enhancements, professional photography, and more!

Pricing Breakdown

Depending on your vision of your event, pricing may differ depending on the amount of services applicable. Explore some of our services here.

  • Private access to the venue starts at $50/hr.

  • If your event includes musical performances, speakers on the stage, dynamic lighting, video supplements, etc, a trained technician will be required to oversee the technical operation. For the protection and proper use of our equipment, you may not bring a technician of your own.

    An event technician is an additional charge of $30/hour with a minimum pay of $100.

  • Final delivery of a Logic Pro file (or individual uncompressed files if you use different software) with raw audio from each individual stage input used during your performance (i.e. vocal mic, drum kit, keyboard, guitar, etc.) Perfect if you want to release a live version of a performance on streaming or just want higher quality audio of your event.

    Flat fee of $75 for recording and file delivery.

    The delivered file only contains raw audio, which will require mixing and mastering of each track. An extra fee of $100 per hour length of recording may be applied to have it mixed and mastered for you.

  • Elevate your memories of your special event with professional documentation! Cost depends on your desire for a final product. For examples of past events and a more detailed pricing breakdown, visit the Photo/Video home.

  • Offer your guests a meal, refreshments, drinks, or any combination you’d like. We have a base drink selection at our bar and will help you find the right food to serve your guests at the price point best for you.

  • Depending on your use scenario and requirements, additional expenses may occur. These will be thoroughly discussed as you plan your event with us!
